Bond escorted Q out of the bar and up to his suite. Given the choice between sleeping in his cottage and taking the opportunity for a room like this, Bond didn't even think it was a choice. The carpet was plush, a small kitchen, full bar, fine wood and elegant wall paper. Crystal and glass and fine art. The bed was through open double doors, a thick, luxe mattress dressed in fine linens with fat pillows. This was the way Bond preferred to treat himself, given the chance.
