Q
Saturday morning was beautiful The sun was bright, the air chilly, and mist hovered on the surface of the water so it seemed as if the school was surrounded on all sides by a cloud.
Bond had gone for a run, first around campus and then into town. He was just emerging from the fog blanketing the bridge when he spotted Q. He slowed to a jog, then finally stopped near him.
"I can't believe you're awake this early," he said. "I didn't wake you up, did I?"
He hardly wanted to admit it, but he rather liked Q in his bed at night. He liked the lad in his rooms all the time. He enjoyed chatting with him. Enjoyed spending time in silence. And he enjoyed waking up with the weight of Q's limbs on him.

Once he was done with his back, Bond nudged him and repeated it on every mark on the front of him.
He could see Q's face and he cradled his cheek and kissed him.
"Shh. It's alright," he assured him.
"It's all done now. Come here. Just like this," Bond said as he carefully pulled Q into his arms so he could be safe as he broke.

Slipping his arms around James he held on tight, soaking up every moment of care and love. For all the pleasure pain brought, none of it compared to this.
"I love you," he said quietly. "I love you, James."

To hear his name said so sweetly melted the last bit of his icy heart. He pressed his lips and his nose to Q's hair and held him a bit tighter.
"I love you, too," he assured him. God help him...this could only end badly. But he didn't care. He was happy.
Q was perfect.

"Can we sleep now?" Quinton asked softly, chin resting on James' shoulder.
no subject
"Yes, love. Sleep now," he said. "We'll order breakfast in. You've earned your rest."
He pressed a kiss to his hair, settled a bit more comfortably, and closed his eyes.

Q wasn't shy as he climbed half atop him, embracing him tightly and resting heavily on him.
He was starting to drift off as he used his magic to warm Bond's feet too.
No one wanted chilly feet.

Bond held him and closed his eyes. He was tired. Q could handle so much, he gave Bond a run for his money.
He couldn't be more pleased as he drifted off with Q in his arms.
