Q and Harry
Bond had done his best to soothe Q and, true to his word, Q lay in sleep mode between Bond and Harry.
Every night from then on.
This morning Bond had awoken feeling his age. They'd been here long enough that he'd run out of his stash of pills and potions, and there wasn't nearly enough to drink. Bond liked to think he was a young man, but the daily work of survival was taking its toll.
Swallowing his pride, he'd sought out medical and Hex had hit him with a hypospray and sent him back to bed for the rest of the day.
He was dozing in the cool pod, the computer streaming some music from Earth, long ago.

"I don't require sleep," Q reminded them as he lay back down. "Though you should both be getting at least 6 hours a night..."

Bond rolled toward them both.
"I'm on bedrest," he reminded them. "No one will think a thing if we avoid tomorrow's heat..."

"We are fortunate as well," Q assured him, rolling over to face Harry and smiling softly. "I am lucky to feel so loved. Not a tool or a prop, but an equal."

Bond kissed Q's forehead then, tenderly.
"Maybe the memories will come back and you'll understand why I've believed that since I met you," he said softly.
Bond had lost his heart in that week. It didn't matter that Q didn't recall.
Bond did.

Since Q was still facing him, Harry reached out and gently slid his thumb over Q's lower lip. Smiling, but didn't say anything.

Q pressed a soft kiss to Harry's thumb as he settled back against Bond.
"Have things changed now?" he asked. "Our situation, that is. Is this something new?"

"I should think so," Bond said softly, settling behind Q only to rest his cheek on the droid's arm to look at Harry at the same time.
"But we can define it tomorrow," he assured them both.

"Goodnight," Q said, letting his eyes slip shut, but waiting until the others were asleep to put himself in sleep mode. It felt like the polite thing to do.

"Goodnight to you both," Bond said warmly, and settled in close.
It was the first spark of hope he'd felt in ages.
