Hex caught Bond's attention and gestured for him keep on, just a bit more. Just until Q was utterly spent.
"Now's the important part," he said. "That was quite a bit for him to take so now you have to take care of him until he comes back to himself. Help me get him untied, then you can hold him, yeah?" Hex said. And Bond could tell from his tone and the sincerity in his eyes that he wasn't having fun with him. To Hex this really was the most important part.
Working together they freed Q and then Bond gathered him up as Hex got a cloth to clean him up.
"You did so well, love," Hex said as he cleaned the come off Q's skin. "You went places that time. You did so well..."
Bond soaked it all uo. The tone. The gentle touch. Every soft word of care and praise. If he didn't know better he'd think Hex loved Q, but he knew that wasn't true. The man just honestly cared.
"You did wonderfully, Q," Bond said then, pressing a kiss to Q's temple. "Thank you."
